Return Process

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and are not perishable food products, which are excluded for hygiene and safety reasons.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items to prevent damage during transit, including the original delivery note or a piece of paper with your order details inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the parcel back to our warehouse using a tracked service; once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
